First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Upstate Automotive Group is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

NEW AS OF 3/30/20: in accordance with New York State regulations ALL OF THE UPSTATE LOCATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR ONLINE SALES WITH IN-STORE DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Our showrooms still remain closed in accordance with Governor Cuomo's executive order. Our sales staff is available to answer any questions via text, email or phone 24/7. 

WE ARE OPEN FOR SERVICE & PARTS - For service customers we are happy to accommodate any special requests. If you need your vehicle serviced - you don't even need to come in and see us. Just use our convenient 24 hour Early Bird Drop Box to drop your keys and your service requests off through the slot in the Service Drive door. Or...just pull up to the service drive, call us and tell us you're there and leave your keys in the car. We will get you written up and serviced and then call you whenever it's ready. You can even pay us over the phone. If you choose to wait for your vehicle our waiting area is continuously sanitized throughout the day. There is plenty of hand sanitizer located throughout the area & hand soap is available at each sink

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:
•    Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
•    Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
•    Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
•    Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
